Having studied in the Czech Republic, Denmark and Australia, Lukas gained his master’s degree in architecture from the CTU in Prague in 2007, prior to moving to London the same year. In 2014 he qualified as an architect at the Bartlett School of Architecture.
Lukas started working in the architecture industry in 2004 while studying in Australia and has worked in a number of award winning practices in Melbourne, Prague and London. During his time in practice, Lukas has gained experience on projects ranging in size and typology from bespoke pieces of furniture, retail fit-outs, one-off houses, mixed use/residential led developments and large scale masterplans. His skillset is particularly suited to front-end concept design and planning stages. In his previous practice, Brooks/Murray Architects, Lukas was responsible for over 40 successful planning applications.
Lukas joined ColladoCollins in 2015, taking a lead design role within the practice. Since joining, Lukas has worked on a successful planning application for a luxury residential scheme with 37 units in Harpenden, a 250,000 sqft Islamic community centre in west London and is currently responsible for a new 350+ room hotel in Dublin.
