Theo is a Senior Architect who has experience across the residential, education and healthcare sectors; his designs range in scale from urban to small projects and furniture. At Collado Collins he is contributing technical knowledge and design skills to Ingate Place; an ex-industrial complex transformed into a commercial development and Streatham High Rd, a challenging combined storage and new Residential scheme.
Before joining ColladoCollins Theo worked in in design-led practises in both London and Athens, delivering outstanding buildings such as Jubilee Gardens Primary Care Centre in Ealing and Avondale Square Residential Development for City of London Corporation. He was the project architect for the well-received “The Garden” SEN School in Hackney with Gollifer Langston Architects which received 1st prize at Hackney Design awards 2014 and was shortlisted for the RIBA Regional Awards 2014. His own home extension was shortlisted for LABC awards and was portrayed in a BBC documentary about planning.
Theo acquired his diploma at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece in 1999, later joining the M.Arch Course under Peter Cook at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL.
