We are delighted to announce, that after procuring and kickstarting the construction of the project 3 years ago, that our #OneMaidenhead construction scheme has now achieved Practical Completion in all four handover sections, approximately 6 months ahead of programme!

The completed Phase 01, delivers a new public square, retail and 429 homes, in the heart of Maidenhead, featuring new and impressive transport links to London via the Elizabeth Line.

This is an incredible feat, with a huge congratulations in order to the entire team, who have made this possible.
