12 May 2016
The practice’s design for a £60 million mixed-use scheme on the former Bath Press site has been granted planning consent by Bath and North East Somerset Council. The redevelopment will create 244 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes as well as affordable housing, approximately 16,000 sq ft of office space, 162 car parking spaces and 301 bike storage units. The 2.12 hectare scheme for Meyer Homes is located in Bath City Centre in the World Heritage Site and will bring a plot vacant since 2007 back to life.
