Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Our response
ColladoCollins are continually monitoring this evolving situation and the latest Government advice
17 March 2020
ColladoCollins has been closely monitoring Government advice and the evolving Coronavirus situation worldwide. The wellbeing of our colleagues, clients and those that we work with is our first priority and we are taking steps to protect our staff, clients, and consultant teams. Our thoughts go out to those affected by the Coronavirus and our desire is to reduce the risk to our people and ensure continuity of service to our clients.
We would like to reassure you that we have the procedures and infrastructure in place to enable us to continue to provide the high quality of service that our clients expect from us, and have set up and stress-tested remote access software and internal messaging systems to ensure we can continue to work productively now that Government advice is to work from home wherever possible.
From close of business today we are moving our staff to a policy of working from home. All project meetings currently scheduled to be held in our offices will be moved to conference calling and project leaders will notify you accordingly of dial-in details. We are also encouraging our staff to avoid travelling to external meetings unless absolutely necessary. If you have a meeting arranged with one of our team please contact them directly to agree the best way of proceeding. As of today, our main office phone number will be diverted to our office manager at home, who will be able to direct your call to the appropriate member of staff or request they return your call.
In the event that some of our staff become unwell due to the outbreak, we have sufficient resilience within the company to provide additional support and cover. We have effective information sharing resources (that also work remotely) to ensure continuous service to your projects.
ColladoCollins will continually review this evolving situation and the latest Government guidance, and please be assured that we will be ready to take further action should the situation change.
If you have any specific concerns around service continuity or would like to understand how our approach fits with your own contingency plans please get in touch with us.
