Alice Guardiero

Architect BSc (Hons) MArch Arch ARB

Alice is an Architect with a track record of designing and delivering complex residential projects across all RIBA stages. Passionate about environmental stewardship, she brings a blend of creativity and technical expertise to each project.

Alice’s journey began in Italy, where she developed a deep appreciation for both historical context and innovative approaches to technical design.

Alice Qualified as an architect in 2021 and her architectural education includes a master’s degree in architecture from Oxford Brookes university (RIBA II) after graduating from UNIUD in Italy.

She brings to ColladoCollins her knowledge of the residential sector where she gained all-round experience as a project runner and client management. Working on both developer-led residential schemes and high-end private residential has given her a broad understanding of the collaborative process to translate client aspirations into exceptional living environments.

Some of her designs include the conversion of a Japanese Boarding school’s gym to premium units near Cambridge as well as a 250 apartment block in Woking.

Alice’s path has encountered a new residential aspect at ColladoCollins as she joined the delivery team for later living schemes. She enjoys working alongside clients and contractors to ensure the design meets buildability while protecting the quality of the spaces for future residents.
