Belen is a qualified architect in both Spain and the UK with more than 15 years of international experience, mainly in the residential and mixed-use market. An all-rounder architect, she has worked on all stages including feasibility studies, planning applications, technical design and construction packages, specialising in coordination and delivery of large-scale multi-unit residential developments including Later living, Co-living, BTR and PRS.

Prior to joining Collado Collins, Belen worked for later living specialists Life3a as senior BIM architect, leading the technical team, coordinating the delivery of a retirement village in Cambridgeshire that features a central pavilion building, 11 apartment blocks and 9 bungalows, combining different building systems and a large variety of materials on their facades.
Belen was introduced to BIM in 2011 and has been using it since in the design and delivery of a wide range of projects from inception to completion
