Dan studied at Leeds Metropolitan University where he graduated in Architectural Technology. He has over 10 years experience within the construction industry with excellent site experience gained working as a builder during his earlier years.

At his previous practice Saunders Architects he worked as an experienced Senior Project runner. He has a robust delivery skills set and vast technical knowledge covering most construction systems from traditional to MMC. Successfully delivering a wide range of projects within the residential, commercial, senior living and mixed use sectors. He has been involved in both new build and refurbishment schemes with ‘Beaumont Gardens, St Albans’ a grade II listed warehouse conversion to apartments being nominated / winning numerous awards including the ‘WhatHouse Best Renovation 2020’ Gold Medal.
