Manuel Filippi Farmar

Senior Architect BSc (Hons), MArch | ARB

Manuel is a registered architect with over 10 years of experience, working across all RIBA stages with a focus on the residential sector. Throughout his career, Manuel has sharpened his ability to deliver precise, efficient and innovative designs using advanced BIM tools in collaboration with multidisciplinary project teams.

Some of Manuel’s key projects include the Art’otel within the Battersea Power Station development, Passivhaus infill social housing for Gosport Council, net-zero infill social housing for Haringey London Borough, several Grade II listed townhouse refurbishments in Islington, a 1200 units development in Stratford, a hospital in Birmingham and data centre projects in Saudi Arabia and Ireland.

He is passionate about sustainable design, modern methods of construction, the application of technology in architecture and the impact of these elements on the everyday lives of the building users.

Manuel holds a Master degree in Construction and Architecture from the IUAV University of Venice and the Valencia Polytechnic University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring nature and the outdoors.
