Paula Meneses

Associate

Paula graduated from PUC School of Architecture in Santiago, Chile. She then moved to Spain where she did a master’s degree in architecture and design at UPC in Barcelona and worked in two different architectural practices specialising in housing.

In 2006 she moved to London to join Levitt Bernstein Architects where she gained experience working on a number of affordable housing schemes. Paula is a residential specialist at ColladoCollins and co-ordinates all residential projects in the practice in relation to the planning policy and design housing standards for both affordable and private housing. She is responsible for creating and managing the in-house residential design guide which forms the basis of all our residential work.

She has been involved in a number of residential and commercial mixed-used projects such as the Bath Press Site, the Shredded Wheat Factory in Welwyn Garden City & Tooting Police Station.

She is currently working on St Albans, delivering a Later Living scheme comprising of 3no. 3 storey Blocks and 44 Bungalows across the site.
