Billy qualified from the Dublin School of Architecture in 2009. Working in Ireland, Billy gained wide experience on social housing projects and one-off private houses. Prior to joining ColladoCollins, Billy worked for 3DReid in their aviation sector where he gained experience on multiple aviation projects both domestic and abroad, ranging from exclusive lounges to hangars and terminal designs.
Since joining Collado Collins in 2013 Billy has worked on a variety of residential and retail projects at differing stages. Key projects include a successful planning application for a 205 unit residential scheme in Southwark, design of a 500 unit residential tower scheme in Wembley as well as the Horsham Albion Way project where he gained retail experience at tender and construction stages.
Billy has developed his knowledge of BIM over the past number of years helping to inform practice policy and aid coordination across the design team. Billy has also maintained an interest in environmental design and is a certified Passivhaus Designer.
Billy previously served as director of EASA Ireland Ltd., organising events and summer schools across the continent.
