Richard graduated from the University of the West of England with a First-Class Honours degree in Architectural Technology and Design. He is currently an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, progressing towards his chartership.

He has worked alongside both private and public developers, gaining a comprehensive understanding of design and technical considerations at all project stages. Richard is known
for his expertise in later-stage project delivery, ensuring smooth progression from early design to technical completion. He has successfully managed large-scale residential schemes, riverside developments,
fire stations, and more, with projects ranging from £3m to £150m.

As the Digital Associate at ColladoCollins, Richard oversees IT, BIM, and Digital Output, specializing in model management, COBie delivery, and clash detection. His strategic approach to BIM improves project efficiency and coordination.
