Richard graduated from the University of the West of England with a First-Class Honours degree in Architectural Technology and Design. He is currently an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, progressing towards his chartership.

Richard has experience at all stages of the design process, primarily being an active member of the delivery team working on RIBA Stage 3 onwards projects. He has a strong understanding of technical design, technical detailing, and the BIM process.

Most recently, Richard has taken on the role of project lead, working on the delivery of several residential schemes. His prior project experience includes a number of large-scale residential projects, riverside developments, commercial offices, emergency services sites and elderly living all ranging from £3m – £150m.

He is our Digital Manager, overseeing all IT, BIM and Digital Output. He has experience in large-scale model management and frequently uses clash detection to aid the coordination between different disciplines on a project, implementing technological strategic solutions while coaching and managing the team, the hardware and the software.
