After years of diligent work and overcoming numerous challenges, we are thrilled to announce the completion of The Denton later living scheme in Berkhamsted in collaboration with Elysian. This milestone marks the end of a journey that began in 2018 with the procurement of an empty plot, transformed now into a vibrant community designed to support and enrich the lives of its residents.

The planning and design phase was well underway when the COVID-19 pandemic hit in early 2020. The lockdown presented unprecedented challenges, with the rapid shift of design work and meetings moving to the virtual realm. Despite this, the team persevered, producing what is now a dynamic and exciting piece of architecture.

The construction of the scheme was led primarily by Asier, who oversaw the entire process, ensuring its smooth path to completion. The completion of The Denton is not just a testament to our team’s hard work, but also to our resilience in the face of adversity. We look forward to seeing the community thrive and the residents enjoy the comforts and conveniences we have strived to provide.
