A few months ago Dominic Hailey, our Director heading up the Specialist Housing team at CoCo, sat down with the amazing Claire Wise who kindly agreed to meet and talk about her role at Metropolitan Thames Valley.

As longstanding clients, through the development of the Welwyn Garden City masterplan, we wanted to explore and understand Claire’s role and maybe write a short profile, but after a fascinating hour of conversation learning about her passion for creating and improving supported housing it felt more appropriate to try to capture the forward-looking agenda that Wise and her team are promoting.

Our thanks to Claire for sparing her time, and to Housing LIN for publishing the resulting Viewpoint article!
