We are delighted to announce that our scheme at First Way, Wembley, has received full planning consent, granted by LB Brent.

With the site falling within a wider masterplan area of regeneration surrounding Wembley Stadium, we were given the opportunity to develop a scheme which responded to the existing and emerging context, while creating a sense of place within what is currently a light industrial area.

Working alongside our long standing client Access Self Storage, the scheme re-provides the Access Storage, while delivering 655 residential units, comprised of 529 Build to Rent and 126 Co Living, commercial space, and new public realm/ podium gardens.
