We are proud to announce that our Motel One Group Hotel, Dublin, finally reached practical completion, opening its doors to guests on the evening of the 14th July, 2023.

The project initially began in 2015, where we led the scheme from the pre-planning stages, to its current completion.
The project features 310 bedrooms, with a recessed ground floor colonnade, internal courtyard, and ground floor guest amenities.
