Planning Approval on Woodridings Court, Alexandra Palace
We are delighted to confirm that yesterday evening Haringey Planning Committee resolved, unanimously, to Grant Planning Consent for Woodridings.
The proposed scheme is for a high-quality residential-led development. The proposal takes careful consideration of the site constraints, immediate context and the wider local character to redevelop the derelict undercroft car park behind Woodridings Court and provide 33 new council rent homes.
The design aims to provide a range of affordable high-quality and sustainable homes as well as create a striking new scheme that will compliment the area seamlessly.
To create an exemplar sustainable scheme the proposal incorporates Passivhaus Standards, Net Zero Carbon Development and the application of Modern Methods of Construction.
